Skratch Labs Exercise Hydration Mix 1lb Bag (RASPBERRY)

Our Exercise Hydration Mix, also known as “Secret Drink Mix”, was developed and tested in the field with athletes competing in races like the Tour de France. For years, athletes would secretly dump their sponsors’ drinks to replace it with ours, earning the name SDM from the pros who used it. Those athletes will tell you that they felt better, performed better, and didn’t experience the bloating and stomach issues that they did with other sports or electrolyte drinks. The secret was that our drink just worked better. And now that the secret is out, everyone can use this exercise drink mix to optimize hydration – whether cycling, running, skiing, clubbing, or heck, whenever you’re sweating.

  1. Best I’ve used I am an endurance cyclist and I have tried many powders over the years. This works best. Besides keeping my electrolyte level up, it does not upset my stomach as other formulations do. Its flavoring is low-key and so I don’t get OD’ed on sweetness and flavor over a day’s ride. 2. Finally an electrolyte mix with no GI issues that tastes natural I am preparing for my third Ironman and got sickly tired of Gatorade and the like, so cloying that water chasers didn’t take the lingering “fake” taste away. These electrolyte/big-dump-of-calories drinks also made me bloaty and gassy. I needed something I could live with for 120-mile rides and 20+ mile runs. That would metabolize readily. I was looking for a combination of nutrition, hydration, and electrolyte replacement that would “trickle-feed” me so I’d never bonk. Tour de France athletes…

This means that the mix doesn’t dissolve as easily as others because the calcium dissolves more slowly. After pouring in the water, you…
