THESE ARE GREAT BUT BUY DIRECTLY FROM QUEST Ive become addicted to Quest Protein Bars…They have a lot of protein and none of the sugar of store brands. They are low in net carbs and most of them are not dry and crumbly. This and the new chocolate chip have quickly become my favorites. You can also microwave them for 5 seconds to make it even softer.
