  1. Genuine raspberry flavor I wanted to try freeze-dried raspberry powder in baked goods after seeing it used on the Great British Baking Show. You definitely need to be generous when adding it for flavoring pastry cream or cake batter. I used a teaspoonful, but should have used 3-4 times that.
