This is great for C4 lovers (which we all are), it is a nice in ADDITION* to having the powder as well. The powder is good to have at home, so you can make it when you have time. But if you plan to hit the gym then go somewhere right after, you may not want to bring a mixing bottle with you, so it is nice to have one premade for you.
