Good, but FAR TOO SWEET!!
I use this to calm my generally overactive system, deal with stress and sleep better, and it’s not unpleasant. It’s sweetened with Stevia, which I prefer to any other sweetener. One star off: it’s horribly SWEET!! Most American-made sweet goods are sweet to such a degree that sometimes it’s hard to detect any other taste, but even by those standards this stuff is incredibly oversweetened.
